- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I dropped off a package here at April 4th and needed my package to get to Syracuse, NY by April 8th. I had filled out the required form correctly. Two days later on April 6th I found the same package in my mail box! The employee named Jennifer had inputted my address as the shipping address. Returning to the store, Kate, another employee did her best to resolve the situation. She had my package shipped USPS 1 Day Priority but my package arrived in New York on April 10th. It was nice of them to try fix the problem without any additional cost to me. However my package was time-sensitive and likely would have arrived on time if Jennifer didn't have my package sent directly back to me.By J M, July 27, 2017
