- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I came in to the store tonight (4/10/2017) around 6 pm and I had to make a ton of copies and the store was very busy. I assisted myself in making the copies and once doing so the machine jammed very bad and all my documents where in there luckily I had the originals. with that said, your employees one in particular Racheal (if I spelt correctly) I asked for her name at the end, was very very helpful , once she cleared jammed she helped do all the copies for me, paper clip them, shred important documents and was keeping everything super organized knowing that it was sensitive information. she was very nice, very well trained and your other employees a taller older guy was very nice to and busy as well. I have came in here a few times before and its always been a good location to go to, the one in tanasbourne185th by Safeway not so good, which is why I come to this location. they handled all their customers quite well.
