- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just called in to the Tanasbourne branch to talk about my account, and the gentleman that I spoke to was condescending when I told him I didn't have my account number and he said, how do you want me to access your account then? Didn't give any options, so I asked what other ways he could look it up, and when he stayed silent, I told him that I could give him my SSN. I had to tell him multiple times my story before he finally seemed to understand what the problem was. Not a pleasant experience.By Kimberly Brewer, April 08, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wish that Unitus would make it easier to pay my car payment on line. Running it to the branch is inconvenient. Opening a Unitus savings account and transferring the funds each month (added fees included of course) is a nuisance. This is the only bill I struggle with this way.
