  They closed my account with only 4 days notice during Christmas causing major inconveniences and automatics payments to bounce costing me $$$. They sent the notice to my physical address not my mailing address. The notice contained all of my account information. They deliberately sent my account information to an secured address to harm me. They discriminated against me base on my sexual orientation. I made a complaint with the Dept of Justice and a permanent record of it is on file with the FTC. I could sue them but it's not worth it. I opened an account with a credit union. This bank discriminates against it's customers and take intentional actions to harm them. Proof is on file with the FTC.

  This branch is totally inept. They've wasted hours of my time because they don't know the proper paperwork needed and they denied me access to my safe deposit box because they THEIR paperwork was locked up in an office they did not have access to. Good thing I didn't need my passport right away. UNACCEPTABLE! I will be moving to another branch, and if it's not made right I will close all accounts at Key.

  Came in to this location to open a new account. Michelle the personal banker greeted my fiance and myself. She then proceeded to find out what kind of checking account would work best for us. I felt like she really cared and I'm glad I chose Key Bank.

  I opened an account at the bank and the representative who help me was Michelle. She was very helpful in finding out what account would be best for me. She was very friendly and welcomed me to the bank. I feel the customer service at this branch will be excellent.
