- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This review is in regards to Frederick S. Carman. Although I won't go into detail, I would recommend not utilizing this lawyer even if he offered his services for free. In my opinion, he is SLOW, doesn't know the law and although his hourly rate isn't outrageous - he charges you for sitting on his ass and not doing anything. Not only that, but he is also oddly argumentative - not in a good way. There are so many good lawyers in Portland, I'd recommend looking around, reading reviews, getting recommendations, and going with someone who will actually get things done!By Jennifer Reider, August 09, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not use Frederick Carman at Karpstein & Verhulst! He should have retired and is at the age where he really doesn't get anything straight! It's crazy that the office supports his work 100% and yet he screws up alot! We hired another Estate attorney because he did not get it right the first time. Alot of wasted money.
