- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Washington County Parole and Probation do not care about their clients. They offer no services for housing, job search, or getting people the help they need. They over-punish instead of helping people get back on their feet. They do refer people who need housing to a slumlord named Jay Swenson. He operates dozens of slum (decrepit) houses around the hillsboro and beaverton areas. He only rents his rooms out to Sex Offenders, Mental Health Patients, and Felons.
