- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a pipe burst in the house. Very significant damage. Absolutely no help from the Ellerbrook office. First, they don't return voice mail messages. When finally contacted live, they apparently don't know how to look up an existing claim. So they give out phone numbers to computerized answering machines that will eventually hang up on you. Time after time. He will gladly smile and take your money for 20+ years, but when you have a claim... Worthless. They need to have negative ratings on these pages.
