- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★.Legal aid suggested that I consult Bret Knewtson about a credit card debtor who was threatening to take my house, He was very well informed RE: consumer law from the ordinary citizen's perspective. What a difference from the lawyers who work for big corporations and wear fancy suits. I did not win my case because I had not saved all the paperwork carefully enough. However, I'd recommend Knewtson to anybody bothered by debt collectors.
