- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Chase ATM Machine does not function properly. Seems to be 50/50 chance if it will actually let you withdrawal cash from it. I tried once for $360 and it declined. I tried again for $100 and it accepted. I then tried again for the other $260 and it declined. Tried again just for $20 and it still declined. I called customer service and they confirmed my available balance was well above and my 'daily limit' currently set at $500 had not been reached. She then proceeded to suggest trying a different machine as the decline was not due to my account but the specific machine it self.. Besides being an inconvenience, I don't trust a machine that has glitches like that because who knows what other glitches may impact your account! I strongly recommend using a different chase ATM near by.By Christopher Chema, October 10, 2016
